Voltage Monitoring Relays
GKRC-DGRC-MCC Series Summary GKRC type overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring relays are used to protect single-phase or three-phase systems from voltage fluctuations and phase-sequence faults. Note: These relays have the function of switching off immediately when any phase exceeds (or decreases) 50% of the rated voltage. ¡ð May close Working principleRelay connects directly to the network, and the required times/Overvoltage limit can be adjusted by a knob. If all 3-Phase monitors Voltage numbers. If any phase Voltage exceeds 1,5xUn, Relay closes without delay (within 500 Millisecond). If all are within the preset limit, output Relay opens. By adjustable delay tripping between 0, 1 and 10 seconds, it can be avoided that if any phase Voltage is lower than 0.5xUn, Relay has no delay closure (within 500 Millisecond). If the Voltage peak is straight when counting, the malfunction tripping operation is caused. If the phase Voltage of any monitoring exceeds the set value, the Voltage value returns to the preset limit before the start of the delay time and the delay time ends, and Relay continues to work normally.
