time Relay MCB - SER- ERTC- SSR- DG series Functions of MCB-15 and MCB-20 (12-240V AC/DC) |
"Closed" delay (Er) [MCB-15 & MCB-20]: When Voltage U is supplied, set the interval t to start (green LED U/t flickering), after the interval t to time (green LED U/t brightening), output Relay R to switch to the closed position (yellow LED brightening). This state is maintained until the power supply Voltage is interrupted. If the power supply Voltage is interrupted before the interval t to time, the interval that has reached time will be cleared and restarted after the power supply is restarted. |
"Turn off" delay with Control input (R) [MCB-15 & MCB-20]: Voltage U (green LED U/t brightening) must always be supplied to the device. After the control contact S closes, output Relay R switches to the open position (yellow LED brightens). If the control contact opens, set the interval t to start (green LED flashes). After the interval t to time (green LED U/t brightens), output Relay is switched to the closed position (yellow LED is not bright). If the control contact closes again before the interval t to time, the interval that has reached time will be cleared, and the control contact S will be opened again and restarted. |
Single rising edge with control input (Ts) [MCB-20]: Voltage U (green LED U/t brightening) must always be supplied to the device. After the control contact S is closed, output Relay R is switched to the closed position (yellow LED brightens). If the control contact opens, set the interval t to start (green LED U/t flickers). After the interval t to time (green LED U/t brightens), output Relay is switched to the closed position (yellow LED is not bright). During the interval, the control contact can be operated any number of times. Only after the cycle has been completed can the next cycle be started. |
Single drop edge with control input (Ta) [MCB-20]: Voltage U (green LED U/t brightening) must always be supplied to the equipment. Closed control contact S does not affect the condition of output R. When the control contact is opened, output Relay is switched to the closed position (yellow LED brightens), and the interval T is set to start (green LED U/t flickers). After the interval t to time (green LED U/t brightens), output Relay is switched to the closed position (yellow LED is not bright). During the interval, the control contact can be operated any number of times. Only after the cycle has been completed can the next cycle be started. |
"Close" delay with Control input (Es) [MCB-20]: Voltage U (green LED U/t brightening) must always be supplied to the equipment. After the control contact S is closed, set the interval t to start (green LED U/t flicker). After the interval t to time (green LED U/t brightens), output Relay switches to the closed position (yellow LED brightens). This state is maintained until the control contact opens again. If the control contact opens before the interval t to time, the interval that has reached time will be cleared and the next cycle will start again. |
Single rising edge Voltage control (Em) [MCB-15 & MCB-20]: When Voltage U is supplied, output Relay R is switched to the closed position (yellow LED brightens) and the interval T is set to start (green LED U/t flickers). After the interval t to time (green LED U/t brightens), output Relay is switched to the disconnect position (yellow LED is not bright). This state is maintained until the power supply Voltage is interrupted. If the power supply Voltage is interrupted before the interval t to time, output Relay is immediately switched to the closed position. The interval that has reached time will be cleared and restarted after the power supply is restarted. |
Cyclic action [MCB-15 & MCB-20]: When Voltage U is supplied, set the interval t to start (green LED U/t flicker). After the interval t to time, output Relay R is switched to the open position (yellow LED brightens), and the interval T is set to start again. After the interval t to time, output Relay is switched to the closed position (yellow LED is not bright). Output Relay is triggered at a ratio of 1:1 until the power supply Voltage is interrupted. |

MCB-7/8/9; ERTC-01; EF-10/10T common functions
"Closed" delay (Er) In the "on" delay mode, when the device is powered on, the timer starts counting, and when the time is adjusted, Relay is powered on.
"Shut off" delay (Em-1) In the "off" delay mode, when the device is powered on and the input is started, Relay is powered on and the power is cut off after the user sets the time. |
Countdown timer In the countdown mode, when the device is powered on, the fault timer starts counting down from the time set by the user, and reaches Relay after zero.
Circular action Under cyclic action, after the equipment is energized, Relay is energized after tOFFtime, and power is cut off after delay. The startup mode of Flash device mode can be selected as ON or OFF mode. In OFF mode, Flash device starts with tOFF, energizes after tOFF value, and then continues to tOn mode. In On mode, Flash device starts with tOn, power off after tOn value, and then continues to tOFF mode. Flash device functions can be repeated continuously. |
Functions of SSR-2x After providing the line Voltage, the right output Relay starts to work with "closed" and the left output Relay starts with "disconnected". When "t1" time is over, both output Relays are closed, and this situation is reserved for "to" time. At the end of this period, the left output Relay is "disconnected" and the right output Relay is closed. This situation also remains "t1" time. |
Functions of DG-06/DG-10 I DG-60 When the power supply Voltage was off, Relay started to turn on toff time. When the time is over, output Relay closes. If toff time does not provide Voltage before it arrives, output Relay continues to be energized. |
Washer Relay (ERB-30/50) When one of the T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 terminals is short-circuited with TO terminals, the washing terminal provides 220 V output. After the waiting time of the selected terminal, the 220 V washing terminal is turned off. After a fixed waiting time (Erb-30 is 10 second, Erb-50 is 3 second), the rinse terminal (rinse) provides 220 V output. The rinsing time can be adjusted between 1 and 30 seconds using the regulator on the equipment. After the specified rinsing time, the 220V of the rinsing terminal is turned off. To repeat the same operation, the device must be turned off and then turned on. |
Functions of SER-Y/U After working voltage is provided, the star contacts [PK21/PK15, PK25 (1/16, 2/15)] are closed and released after operating timetA. The triangular contact [PK21/PK15 (2/15, 3/18)] closes after the transition time to = 50 Millisecond (fixed at the time of leaving the factory). Transition time error is 5 Millisecond. This transition time can be adjusted in the PK25 type (to = 20-500 Millisecond) |
